5. Look Away From The Screen
Looking for a screen for too long is dangerous for your eyes in many ways. It can cause:
- Trouble focusing
- Blurry vision
- Dry eyes
- Neck and back pain
How do we better avoid these issues? Make sure your contact prescription is up to date. Make a 20 20 rule of looking 20 feet away after every 20 minutes for at least 20 seconds. Leave your computer screens and take a break of 15 minutes after every 2 hours.
6. Visit Your Eye Doctor Regularly
Your contact prescription must be up to date and if it is not, you must go see a doctor and make it a regular habit. If you have an eyesight problem and you do not know it or if your number is increased, then it will become dangerous for you. You have to focus more and the pressure your eyes will take may affect them badly.
