Saffron and almond milk chia pudding is a creative few-ingredient simple, healthy, but filling meal to start a day. You can have this pudding as your breakfast, dessert, or as a snack item. This pudding is thick and creamy that does not need a mold to set, you just simply put it in a refrigerator. Besides the innumerable benefits of saffron, chia seeds also have health benefits, and they are high in fiber. You can use it in many beverages and desserts, especially in summer. I am using almond milk for the people eating vegan food, but you can also add Dairy milk. It is totally up to you.
