How to eat Zaatar
Zaatar can be used in the marination of your favorite piece of chicken with olive oil or you can spread it over to make tasty toasted bread. It also goes well with tahini, eggplant, and lemon juice in your baba ganoush recipes. You also can sprinkle it on your soft cheese you are eating or a cheese you are applying on bread.
Zaatar can simply be eaten by mixing up 2 tbsp. of it with 1 tbsp. of olive oil then applying it evenly on the slices of bread and bake them at 350F for 15 min.
Ingredients: Sumac, Oregano, Marjoram, Thyme, Cumin, Coriander, Sesame Seeds, Sea Salt
