How to use:
- Combine the spices with flour in a bag or bowl.
- Dip the evenly cut chicken pieces in the egg mixture, let the excess amount drip off in the bowl.
- Dip it in the bag of spices and shake it so that the chicken is fully coated in the spices.
- Heat the oil in a deep skillet and fry the chicken for about ten minutes on each side.
You do not need to add any extra spice or salt in this seasoning as it is perfectly made and tested for the perfect chicken recipe.
