What is Mānuka Honey?
Manuka Honey is the nectar collected from the Manuka bush which is local to New Zealand.
The Manuka bush (scientifically named Leptospermum scoparium) sprouts beautiful small pink flowers that produce nectar that is not only delicious but nutritious dense.
Our raw manuka honey is a single source. This means that only one beekeeper and one region are used to make our honey. We keep our Manuka honey as a single source product to help preserve its natural elements and flavours.
Manuka Honey is perfect for use as a natural sweetener for any meal or drinks you wish to sweeten up.
Which Manuka Honey is For You?
Different types of strains of Manuka Honey offer different levels of nutrients. Methylglyoxal is what gives Manuka Honey its antibiotic properties.
