How much saffron should I take for depression?

Saffron depression dosage should be equal to 30 mg daily which is about 13 threads of saffron. This should be taken for at least 12 weeks to treat depression. But if you are having your own grown saffron, maybe a lesser amount is enough to have a greater effect on your health.
